A talented street entertainer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and in ManAboutWorld gay travel magazine

He was amazing!

While eating in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, last night, a roving bang stopped by our table and commanded our attention.  The food was spicy and delicious along with a great entertainment and new friends from the UK and Australia.  This is why you travel:  A new experience.

These photos were sent in by ManAboutWorld Global Correspondent Michael Siebert who said this is the area they were in last night: http://www.kuala-lumpur.ws/klareas/bukitbintang.htm#promo

Beauty Shot From New Capital of Gay Marriage

Wellington, the capital

Wellington, the capital

Photo and story by ManAboutWorld Global Correspondent, Michael Siebert

With all the hoopla about France’s vote to become the 14th nation allowing same-sex marriage. Let’s not forget about the 13th. On April 17, 2013 New Zealand lawmakers pass a bill in favor of gay marriage with a wide majority, with 77 votes in favor and 44 against. Gay-rights advocates celebrated outside parliament after the bill was passed, making New Zealand the 13th country to legalize gay marriage.

Click here to watch lawmakers and the public singing the New Zealand love song, “Pokarekare Ana.”

We covered Auckland, New Zealand in our December 2012 issue. Click here to subscribe and download.

Photo Du Jour: An Eye On Carnival Puerto Vallarta

12 04 2013

ArcencielstudiVallarta-48[1] PV

This photo comes to us courtesy of Puerto Vallarta Carnival, which took place earlier this year, but we loved the colors and the sexy look of this disguised stranger.

It’s not a gay event per se but with all those feathered, bejeweled and made-up guys, there’s certainly something at least a bit queer about it.

Speaking of PV, we recently covered their upcoming Pride. Click here for more information.
